The Entrepreneur

For the budding entrepreneur, this is our Entry level service priced at £34.99 plus Vat.
• Everything is electronic, and all documents are provided in PDF format, which includes the Certificate of Incorporation.

The Executive

For the business executive, our “Second Level” service priced at £69.99 plus Vat comes with
everything in “The Entrepreneur”, plus the following:
• 2 x bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
• A hard copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
• A hardback combined company register.
• 2 x 0870 telephone numbers for your business.
• 25 x share certificates.

The Chairman

For the Chairman who demands more for his company, this services offers it at £159.99 plus Vat. With this service you get everything in “The Executive” service, plus the following:
• 3 x bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
• A looseleaf company register instead of hardback.
• A brass name plate.
• A company seal.
• We are able to carry out bank introductions to either NatWest Bank or Barclays Bank
which attract 18 months free business banking. There is no charge for a straight
introduction, however we do offer an introductory pack which contains all the information to make opening a bank account a lot easier.
