Annual Accounts

The majority of small businesses these days do not require "audited accounts" which has lifted a considerable financial burden, especially in the area of accountancy costs. So whether we are involved in the preparation of your "trial balance" or not, we are able to provide finished annual accounts from either manual or computerised records, for a fraction of the cost you would pay most accountants.

Completed accounts are presented in bound folders, along with the completed Corporation Tax Return ready for signing by the directors. Company accounts can then be forwarded to Companies House and Corporation Tax returns sent to the designated tax office.

We can also provide the facility of a Registered Office for limited companies, ensuring that all important company information is received and dealt with promptly.

Non incorporated businesses enjoy exactly the same benefits. Finished accounts are presented in bound copies, and we can also prepare your tax return ready for signature, and forwarding on to the relevant tax office.
